Service Quality Issues: If the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or standards you may request a refund, minus any non-refundable fees or costs incurred.
Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund of any advance payments made, minus any non-refundable fees or costs incurred.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Website payments for ready-made plans and designs. After completing the payment, your download link or attachment will be automatically generated and sent to you. However, if the link you get does not have the downloadable files, send an email to customercare@nyolenju.com stating the problem and the product ID. Nyolenju Structures Team will respond accordingly.
- Fees for materials already purchased or ordered
- Costs incurred for work performed or services delivered prior to cancellation
- Consultation fees or estimates that have been accepted and processed
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Written Request: Send an email to customercare@nyolenju.com detailing the reason for your refund request and including any relevant documentation.
- Review Period: Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 3 business days and determine the eligibility for a refund.
- Notification: You will be notified of our decision regarding your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method.
4. Changes to Projects
If changes are made to the scope of work during a project, adjustments to pricing and timelines may occur. In such cases, we will communicate these changes clearly, and clients will need to approve any adjustments before work continues.
